Our apartment is newly renovated and located in a quiet residential area with two large swimming pools, landscaped greenery and beautiful views. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, aqua park, golf courses (approx. 5 minutes walk) and the nearest beach is reachable by car in 10 minutes.

The surroundings offer many opportunities for trips - you can visit the Lagunas de la Mata natural park, the town of Torrevieja, Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante, Benidorm and many other beautiful places.

The Costa Blanca is famous for its unique climate, which is one of the best in the world - with more than 342 sunny days a year. Beautiful sandy beaches, salt lakes and the beneficial effects of the sea make it an ideal place for both relaxation and active holidays.
